What information do we collect?

Faebula may collect and process the following Personal Data related to you (as an individual or representative of a legal entity) with the purpose of providing our Services, without prejudice to other data that may be necessary:

Personal information: Full name, email, phone number, user address, and service delivery address, occupation area, bank details necessary to verify the user’s payments, purchase history, and purchase data.

Personal information for representatives of legal entities: Full name, email, phone number, company, company website.

Other identification information: Specific identifiers, such as Site user ID, username, IP address, date and time of user access on the Site, date and time of payments made by the User, as well as any other Personal Data that you decide or need to disclose during your relationship with us.

We will not use or collect sensitive data unless we have obtained your prior specific consent for a determined purpose, which has been previously informed, or in compliance with applicable law. When registering an account, you commit to providing complete, accurate, up-to-date, and truthful Personal Data requested for your account. In case of any changes to the registration data provided by the User, they must be updated immediately.

If any information provided by the User is false, incorrect, outdated, or incomplete, or if Faebula has sufficient and well-founded reasons to suspect the aforementioned, Faebula will have the right to immediately suspend or cancel, without prior notice, the User’s service purchase request, as well as any future service request or part of it.

Purposes of using your personal data

We will collect and use your Personal Data for the following purposes and in the following ways, without prejudice to other legitimate activities permitted by applicable law:

  • Support our Services and carry out general business operations, as applicable, ensuring the proper and correct functioning of the Platforms;
  • Manage and process your purchases, including processing your orders, and provide the Services you have requested;
  • Address your requests, provide User support, such as Account creation, purchases, inquiries, and other contacts related to our Services and Platforms;
  • Process payments and provide quotes;
  • Recover the abandoned shopping cart and send order confirmation;
  • Manage your account and our Services;
  • Support our analysis to improve and enhance our Platforms, including improvements in content and personalization or customization of layout within your experience of our Services;

Sharing for Service Provision: We will not disclose, sell, or make your Personal Data available outside the scope of the purposes described in this Policy and/or in violation of applicable law.   • The Faebula group and third parties: Faebula group companies, their associates, and affiliates. Personal Data may be disclosed to (i) help detect and prevent possible illegal acts, violations of our policies, fraud, or data security breaches; and (ii) guide decision-making about our Services.
  • Service providers and third parties: Service providers contracted to assist us in our business operations (including, for example, providers of product production and customization services, virtual support, payment processors, data storage, product delivery service providers, fraud investigations, account billing, payment processing, analysis, technical support, and Platform operations).
  • Law enforcement authorities: Law enforcement authorities, government agencies, or authorized third parties, in response to a verified request related to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, or any other activity that may expose Faebula, you, or any other user to legal liability.
  • Control change and corporate restructuring: Third parties in the case of a merger, split, incorporation, transformation, acquisition, control change, or any form of corporate restructuring of Faebula.
  • Advertising networks: Third parties related to data collection services, notification, analysis, marketing, and advertising of our Services. These third parties may view, edit, or set up their own tracking technologies or cookies.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Given the possibility of operating in several countries and the possibility of global computer systems, including cloud data storage services, we or related third parties may store and process your Personal Data in other jurisdictions. We will take the necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of protection as required by applicable law, either through the use of standard contractual clauses established by applicable law or through other safeguards, as determined by LGPD or the Brazilian national data protection authority.
