HOW TO TRANSFER A DIGITAL ITEM ?

There are two types of digital purchases:

• Instant downloads: The files will be available as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that Faebula will create according to the specifications sent after purchase. The files will be sent once completed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MADE-TO-ORDER DIGITAL ITEM?

The delivery of your item will be determined at the time of purchase. To check the status of your made-to-order digital item, please contact us through our chat. Once we complete your order, you will receive an email with a link to download the digital file. You can also access the files through the download section of your account.

SHIPPING

All our products are digital and delivered via download, meaning you will have immediate access upon completing your purchase, with no shipping costs. Since there is no physical product, shipping is not required. Delivery is instant and available to all countries.

I WANT A REFUND OR TO CANCEL MY DIGITAL ITEM

Digital items cannot be returned or canceled. If you regret your purchase, it can only be canceled if the item has not yet been sent or production has not started.
